Biography
Oleta Smith was enumerated as daughter of the head of household in Baucum, Jackson County, Oklahoma for the April 16, United States Census, 1930. She was noted as born 1922 in Oklahoma and single as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head George S Smith, wife Sophia Smith, daughter Opal Smith, daughter Leata Smith, son W C Smith, daughter Katie Lou Smith, daughter Joan Smith and son Carl Smith.[1]
Miss Oleta Gaye Smith wed Truman E Bennett December 24, 1941 in Tillman County, Oklahoma.[2]
Oleta Gay Smith Bennett is buried at Bentonville Cemetery in Bentonville, Benton County, Arkansas.[3]
