Gerrit was baptized on 15 November 1685 in the Reformed Dutch Church of New York, recorded as the child of Lambert Adriaenszen and Margrietie Gerrits. Witnesses were recorded as Abraham Gerritszen and Ibel Bloedtgoedt.[1]
His father was one of the patentees of Tappan, Orange County, New York, in 1686,[2] so the family probably removed to Tappan when Gerrit was still very young.

Smith-32069 and Smith-26152 appear to represent the same person because: Same wife. The three profiles for Brechje are also proposed for merging. Profile Smith-26152 is the lower-numbered profile, so it is the merge destination.
I note that his LNAB probably isn't "Smith," but the available sources don't clarify what exactly appears on the records.
