I have updated this profile with research notes showing the 3 possible parents. Since you have noted that Elezear was born in a different state than the current parents lived, are you agreeable to removing those parents until a valid source is found ... which is normal wikitree procedure ? Thanks

I think his father is unknown. Shows that James Webb Smith was still living in North Carolina in 1810 when Eleazer Smith was born in Tennessee in 1803.
