Biography
Deborah Smith may have been born in 1712 but there is no record that has yet been found. According to her Family Search Profile she was born in Providence RI to parents Christopher Smith of Scituate, RI and Mary Stephens of Providence.
She married Obadiah Olney on November 9, 1734, in Providence, Rhode Island. Their son Jeremiah Olney was born 6 March 1736.
Deborah (Smith) Olney died in 1736, probably shortly after Jeremiah's birth. The original creator of this profile stated the death date as 13 April 1735 which is incorrect because of the birth record of Jeremiah and 2nd marriage for Obadiah in 1737.
