Mary Smith, Bates, Brewer http://www.garrettfamily.info/family-history/bates/Bates-Family-History-1.pdf

After George's death, Mary married second, Edmund Brewer. Her nuncupative will was proved 20 June 1720 in York County.[1]

Mary Brewer's noncupative will, now lost, was proved 20 June 1720 [2] and seems to have been contested by her husband's heirs. Edmund Brewer and his wife Mary joined with James and John Bates in a division, 11 Nov. 1697 , of the land left by George Bates' Will. [3]
