Biography
Catherine was born around 1859 in Nayland, Suffolk, England.[1]
On 23 August 1879 Catherine married George Rowell in Shoreditch, London.[2]
In 1891 Catherine lived in Saffron Hill, London, with her daughters Selina and Frances. She worked as a mantle maker.[1]
Catherine was a patient of the Islington Infirmary at the time of the 1911 census.[3] She died later that year at the age of 54.[4]
Research notes
Could this be Catherine in 1861, visiting Mary Hankin in Lexden, Essex?[5] And could this have been her working in Surrey in 1871?[6] Fuller-8857 12:33, 2 September 2022 (UTC)
