Biography

Hannah was born in 1762. She was the daughter of Josiah Smith (1724–1784) and Hannah Brown (1735–1812), who married on 12 January 1758 in Lexington, Middlesex, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America.

On 11 December 1780, Hannah became the second wife of widower Abijah Hildreth in Townsend, Middlesex County. They had the following children:

Hannah Hildreth Sherwin 16 July 1781 – 15 November 1848

Elizabeth Hildreth Sprague 1792 – 27 January 1861

Abijah Hildreth About 1796 – 7 February 1868
