Maria (Mariah) Smith Collins, daughter of John Smith (mother's name and identity unknown) was born February 28, 1664 at Ipswich, Massachusetts.[1][2] She was baptized on February 28, 1664 at the First Congregational Church in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of John and Elizabeth Smith. She married Joseph Collins on October 15, 1684 in Lynn.[3] Their children and life together are described in the section on Joseph and Sarah Collins[4]
