Biography
This is the first child born to Tammie Smith & Robina Laurenson SMITH in 1900. He died in 1959 and is buried in the Tingwall Cemetery, Tingwall, Shetland. He married Elizabeth Ann Wishart & they had 4 chukdren.
NOTE: he ran the business that Willie worked for when he went to Unst where he met his wife.
Also had the following from William Smith, a cousin in Shetland: "My dad's brother Thomas had 4 daughters, and they are all in the photo I sent you. The back row are dad's sister Anna, then Thomas's 4 daughters, Chris, Annie, Lyla and Margaret. Mina was a full sister to my dad and Aunt Anna, and would have been a half sister to his brother Thomas. She and Anna are in the black and white photo."
