That will narrow your Smith research to a particular Smith family and then you can pretty much ignore the rest of the Smith families that you are not related to. I enjoy researching family tree history (both that of mine, and learning about others), i had input about 300+ names into one website that later changed its "free use" limit to 200 names and under, frustrated and unable to continue work on that tree-builder i stopped for a time, but am now interested on starting again, even more so if i know the information will be free/available to others to help work on their own tree's and that i won't be doing work that the website will then charge others to access. This shall be my summer project onwards.
