In 1910, Frank and Cora Armstrong were living in Osage, Henry, Missouri, with six children. Frank is a farmer. Frank and Cora have been married for 16 years. Cora has had 7 children, 6 of whom are living.[4]
In 1920, Frank Armstrong, 54 b. Michigan, worked as a freight trucker. He lived in Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie, Iowa, with his wife, Cora, and five children.[5]

On the 1940 US Census, Cora, 64 b. MO, is a widowed mother-in-law living with Walter and Edra McAlexander in Council Bluffs.
Cora died on 14 April 1965 at Council Bluffs and is buried at the Memorial Park Cemetery
