Biography

Harvey was born 11 June 1886 in West Orange, New Jersey.^[1] His father has not been identified. His mother was Fannie A. (Woodhouse) Smith.

He married Nina Papy on 29 June 1912 in Key West.^[2]

Harvey died on 10 November 1957 in Norfolk, Virginia,^[3] and he is buried there in Forest Lawn Cemetery.^[4]
