Biography

Temperance Buford was born about 1710 in Lancaster, Virginia.

She married Samuel Snead about 1722 in Virginia. The gravestone of daughter Ann states "daughter of Samuel Snead and Temperance Beauford."[1] [2]

Children: Israel, Susannah Elizabeth, Michajah, John, Philip Buford, Ann Temperance.

She died about 1775 in Anson, North Carolina.
