Biography

Born Martha Nance in 1837 to Phillip Snider and Sallie Hearn in Davidson County, North Carolina. Married Wiley Nance. Died 1827, age 90 and is buried in Pierces Chapel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Randolph County, North Carolina. A photograph of her likeness is available at Online Memorial.
