Born Sarah Snider about 1840 to Phillip Snider and Sallie Hearn in Davidson County. Married Phillip Horney Welborn. Died 1886, age 46 and is buried in Abbot's Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Davidson County, North Carolina.
