Lora was born on 16 April 1905 in Kentucky, USA. She is the daughter of Owen Snodgrass and Ira Mae Coy. She married William Arthur Schwartz (1904-1962) in 1922. They have 5 children: Georgia, Mary, Charles, Joseph and James. She passed away on 23 Jan 1967 in Evansville, Vanderburgh, Indiana, USA. Burial in Saint Peter Cemetery, Stanley, Daviess County, Kentucky.
