On the 1920 US Census, she was reported to be 3 years old, living with her parents and an older brother (George W. Snow: 5 yrs.) and sister (Eva E. Snow: 7 yrs.) in Salt Lake City, Ward 1, Salt Lake, Utah, USA. ^[1]

When she was 18 years old, in 1935, Lucile E. Snow married George Elmore Carter, b: Jan. 20, 1911 in Utah. Both were members of the LDS Church (Mormons). On the 1940 US Census they were reported living with two young sons on Block 5 of Third South Street, Nephi, Juab County, Utah, USA.
