Biography
Peter Souders was either born in Pennsylvania (1850 census) or New Jersey (as stated by three of his children).[1] He was married three times:
- (1) Barbara
- (2) Mary Niswonger
- (3) Hannah (Childs) (Wood) (Thompson) Pearson
Peter moved to Ohio in 1805 where he resided until his death. He and wife Barbara had seven children. After Barbara's death, Peter married Mary Niswanger and they had 5 more children.
Peter is buried at Slifer Cemetery, Farmersville, Montgomery County, Ohio.
