Biography

Harold was born on 23 July 1900. He was the son of DeWitt Southard and Agnes Face.^[1]

When Harold was 34 he married Frances Lucetta (Shaylor) Southard on 25 August 1934. The couple had one child: Robert Allen Southard.

Harold died at the age of 75 on 7 January 1976 in New York.
