Elizabeth^[1] was born on 15 October 1582 in Norfolk, England. She was the daughter of Augustine Sotherton and Ann (Peck) Southerton.^[2]

When Elizabeth was 20 she married Thomas Warner on 15 October 1602 in St Mary, Hellesdon, Norfolk, England. The couple had 4 children: James Warner, Mary Warner, Thomas Warner and Augustine Warner Sr.

Elizabeth died at the age of 46 on 16 March 1629 in Norwich, Norfolk, England.
