Welcome to the 24 or More Club Web Page!
Here is the plan: a twelve week commitment to losing weight and exercising beginning Jan 6th ending March 31st. First weigh-in is Tues. night Jan. 6th. You keep track of your own weekly weight loss on the excel sheet and then e-mail Joan how much you lost. To help in losing the weight, you are committing yourself to exercising 4X a week and healthy(ier) eating.
On this web page, we will share success stories, struggles we have faced, and recipes. You add this information any time you want by just click on the "Edit Page" icon above.
Remember the ultimate goal is to lose 24 pounds (or more) in 12 weeks! With each other's help, we can do it!
