Here are free vintage postcards that can be sent as e-greeting cards to wish someone a happy birthday.
These e-cards are simpler, faster, and more classy than some electronic greeting cards out there, and they're all entirely free and have no advertisements at all.
Note that any photo or image on WikiTree, such as a family photo, can be sent as an e-card.

If you go to the card you want to use, and click on the card image to be taken to the unique page for that card, you'll see a three boxes near the bottom right of the image. One of those boxes is the link to "send as an e-card". Click that and you can fill in the details and message, as well as email address of the person you'd like to send the card to.
