Description

A polydactyl cat is any cat with more than the normal amount of digits on its paws. The physical anomaly is the result of a genetic mutation and it passed through generations by breeding. Hemingway's Cats have been breeding on the property so prolifically that they were named after the famous writer.

It has been said by Patrick, one of Hemingway's sons, that Hemingway never owned cats in Florida. However, he did have several at his residence in Cuba.
