Description
These are letters from the older generation to Daddy. Often letters from Tiays and Tioys that he retyped and added notations to make it understandable as there were some written in Visayan, in Ilonggo and people were referred to in their nicknames.
I find it amazing that Daddy used to have this much patience and persistence. He's now 73 and he's getting weaker and when I introduced the family tree set-up to him, he was amazed and impressed but was apprehenssive of messing around with all the data - data which he gathered laboriously over the years from talking and writing to relatives. He passed on the letters to me and rather that let it sit in the filing cabinet, I thought of sharing it here.
