Four ways to search:

1. Search for a person.
2. Search for a surname.
3. Search for ancestor matches.
4. Search for anything.

1. Search for a Person

This will search WikiTree's database.

Full or partial name:

Optional — Include an asterisk for name fragments. For example, Jo* Smith will find John Smith, Joseph Smith etc.

2. Search for a Surname

To find all WikiTree profiles that share the same last name, enter it below.

Last Name:

3. Search for Ancestor Matches

Login to WikiTree to do automatic searches for your ancestors.

4. Search for Anything

This will use Google to search for any string of text on WikiTree.
