Biography

Lemmand L Spencer was enumerated as son of the head of household in Militia District 871 Lafayette village, Walker County, Georgia for the June 9, United States Census, 1900. He was noted as born June 1880 in Georgia. He was single and a farmer. Also included in the household are head Wm H Spencer, wife Caroline Spencer, son Gerome Spencer, son Geo F Spencer, daughter Agness E Spencer, son Elnathan E Spencer, son Ulysis E Spencer and brother Thos Casselberry as seen in an image of the original census.[1]


Lemuel was born in 1880. He was the son of William Spencer and Malissa Castleberry. He passed away in 1939.[2]
