Lady Isabella Spencer was a member of the aristocracy in England.
Lady Isabella Spencer was the daughter of Robert Spencer, 2nd Earl of Sunderland and his wife, Lady Anne Digby. Isabella was perhaps born in 1668 and died unmarried in 1684.[1], [2]
