Simon Spencer was born on November 7, 1779 at Springfield, Windsor County, Vermont. Silas is the twin brother of Silas Spencer. Simon is the son of Taylor Spencer and Mary Polly Davis. Simon and Silas died shortly after birth on November 13, 1779 at Springfield, Vermont.
