At about age 18 Helen married Charles Patrick O'Neal on 19 Oct 1898 in Drummond, Victoria, New Brunswick, Canada. There were seven known children born into this marriage.
Helen (Spencer) O'Neal died at about age 84 on 31 Dec 1965 in Caswell Plantation, Aroostook, Maine, United States; she was buried in Peers Cemetery in Caswell.
