David Spencer was born on 7 Aug 1757 in Kennebunk, York, Province of Massachusetts Bay (now Maine).[1] He was the son of Isaac Spencer Sr and Susannah York.
3 Apr 1797 Town of Clinton Tax Assessment David Spencer was assessed $1.20 in taxes for the ensuing year: 32 cents for poll tax, 0 cents for real estate tax, and 36 cents for personal estate tax.[2]
David passed away on 5 Mar 1805 in Albion, Kennebec, Massachusetts (now Maine).[3]
