Biography

Robert was born on 7 May 1910 in Cheboygan, Michigan.^[1][2]

In the 1940 census Harold (age 29) was a single guest in Tract 52, District of Columbia, Police Precinct 3, District of Columbia, District of Columbia, United States.^[3]

In about Sep 1940, Robert married Helen J. Poynter in Nebraska.^[4]

Robert was an economist and had a long and distinguished career in a large number of public and private positions. He received his B.A. from Albion College and M.A. from Tufts. He was also awarded an Honorary Doctorate from Albion.^[5]

Harold died (age 90) on 12 Jul 2000 in Tucson, Arizona.^[5], and was buried at East Lawn Palms Cemetery and Mortuary, Tucson, Pima County, Arizona.^[6]
