Biography
Sarah Frances Schweitzer was born on January 2, 1802 in Augusta, Virginia, United States, daughter of John Franklin Switzer (1765–1845) and Catharine Fedley (1767–1842).[1]
Sarah (22) married Charles Yost (19) (born on July 7, 1804 in Rockingham Co., Virginia; son of Charles Yost and Mary (Brock) Yost) on April 26, 1824 in Augusta. Their children were:

- George Harrison Yost (1827–1907)
- Catharine Yost (~1829– )
- Julia Ann Yost (1829–1916)
- James Robert Yost (1832–1901)
