Thomas was born in Dartmouth, Bristol, Massachusetts Bay. His parents were John Spooner and Rosamund Hammond.[1]
Thomas married, as her first husband, Rebecca Paddock, daughter of Judah & Else (Alden) Paddock on 10 Jun 1742 at Dartmouth. [2] Their children included Rebecca, John & Alden.
After his death Rebecca married again.
