DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with George by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with George:
Sprenkle-202 and Sprenckel-20 appear to represent the same person because: Death date and place match. Birth year matches; birth places are neighboring counties, so plausible uncertainty. Both are married to Anna Barbara Miller.
Not sure what LNAB would be; Sprenckel seems more likely than Sprenkle for that time, but may need more research before merge.
Sprinkle-7 and Sprenckel-20 appear to represent the same person because: I removed postponed merge and changed estimate of birth on Sprenckel-20 to match Sprinkle-7. Date is still estimated as I did not see a definitive source.
Thanks for your help on getting all these profiles sorted out. Love being part of this family -mine morphed into Sprankle (Frederick and Maria).
Not sure what LNAB would be; Sprenckel seems more likely than Sprenkle for that time, but may need more research before merge.
