Will of Martha Prather Yoakley:
Daughter Eleanor Williams and grandson Baruch Williams items of

personality each.

Daughter, Rachl Semes and son Aaron Prather 5 shillings each
Grandson, Aaron Prather son of my son Aaron Prather $50 when he reaches 21,

or marries, if he dies prior to that time, then the same to be equally divided between mi four childre. viz Thos Prather, Jno., Smith Prather and Phlip Prather, and daughter Elinor Williams, the residue after paying my debts and legacies.

Son John Smith Prather, tract of land called Spriggs Request, in

"My Lords Manor" upon Collington that belngs to me, which is now in his posession by a division made by him and his two brothers Thomas and Philip Prather by virtue of their fathers Will.

Son Philip Prather, part of land called Spriggs Request as per aforesaid

division and in order to prevent my son Thos Prather from claiming the same disturbing them or either of them. I direct my son Thomas Prather within 6 months of my death to execute to them by sufficient deed, and if son Thos Prather refuses, he is to take nothing by any Bequeth in this my Will.

Martha Sprigg-242 & Martha Sprigg-133, are the same in my line to my Ancestral line through Aaron Leather son of Thomas Prater, Prather. I am proposing a merge

Sprigg-11 and Sprigg-54 appear to represent the same person because: The two profiles look the same. Martha Sprigg's parents could be Lt. Thomas Sprigg and Eleanor Nuthall.
