In the 1878 Ogle County History, the name of this daughter of James C. and Eleanor (Parkinson) Spriggs is reported as Rosa. In the 1880 Census, her name is Rosalie. Also, her age in the Census is reported as four years old. In the History, her birthday is reported as being Jan. 18, '75, which would make her five years old in 1880, not four.
