Joseph was born about 1709, Joseph Springer in Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware Colony. He was the son of Carl Christopher Springer and Maria Hendrickson. He passed away on June 1, 1791 in Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware USA. [1]
