My name is Tina, my sister has, for many years, tried to complete a family tree. I have stumbled upon this site and thought it would be a great way to get some information.
A couple suggestions to get you started:

2. Feel free to ask a question at our G2G forum.
3. Our help pages, top right, have all sorts of useful information.
