James Stacpoole married Christian Comyn, daughter of Nicholas Comyn.[3]
James apparently died before 1653, when his son Bartholomew and his family, along with Bartholomew's brothers Thomas and John, were dispossessed and transplanted to County Clare by Cromwell's forces, an event with extensive documentation that does not mention James.[4]
