Biography
Allen was born in 1924. He was the son of Earl Stairs and Ethel Corey. He was PC MLA for NB in 1960. He was reelected in 1963, 1967 and 1970. Cabinet minister until 1978.[1] He passed away in 2010, at Upper River Valley Hospital.[2] Buried in
Woodstock Rural Cemetery.[3]
