Meredith was born on 01 Apr 1797. ^[1][2] to Jonathan (1760-1814) and Sarah "Sallie" (Johnson) Stanley (1760-1840). His birth was in Fluvanna, Virginia, United States.

Marriage

Meredith Stanley was married to three women; (1) Edith Elizabeth Harris (1798-1830), (2) Phoebe D. Spencer(1805-1854), and (3) Emeline Frances Holland (1809-1877). The marriage between Stanley and Phoebe took place on 24 Dec 1832, in Logan County, Kentucky.^[3]
