On 7 November, 17 Henry VII [1501], the wardship of the lands and marriage of Thomas Garrarde, son and heir of Peter Garrarde, Esq, deceased, was granted to Margaret Garrarde, widow, late the wife of said Peter Garrarde.[1]
On 10 December, 18 Henry VII [1502], the custody of the manors of Kirkeby and Raynhill, with appurtenances in Sutton and Golburn, which was of the inheritance of Thomas Gerrard, son and heir of Peter Gerrard, deceased, and cousin and heir of Cicily Gerrard, widow, deceased, was granted to Margaret Gerrard, widow of the said Peter.[1]
