Hi Brian, Thank you for volunteering to help grow our World Wide Family Tree.
You are now a member of the WikiTree Community. Please note we are trying to build one Collaborative Tree which means one profile per person. It is important to ensure no duplicates are entered as you add any Profiles to WikiTree.
Everything on WikiTree is a collaborative work in progress so dont forget to read and sign our Honor Code. This is what keeps WikiTree a friendly and helpful community. We have many friendly members, feel free to ask if you have any questions.
We will be very glad to welcome you to the WikiTree Community.
If you meant to Volunteer to help grow this wonderful collaborative Tree, please leave a note to that effect. We would be excited to have you!
If you're just wanting to find out more about your family tree, you don't need to Volunteer. You will find the People Search under 'Find' in the menus, upper right of this page. You can also ask questions in the G2G forum.
Happy Hunting,
I was born Brian Patrick Starkey, and until the age of three it remained so. At that time do to some family difficulties/abuse I was adopted by my grandparents (grandmother's Starkey side) where I grew up.
I'm getting old now, and while doing a PCH search and win search I decided to use my original name, and lo and behold I found over 300 places where a Brian Starkey lives / lived throughout the world. Imagine that. Sure a lot of the names are just one Brian who may have moved to a new address, but still I'd guess there's at least 25 to 50 other Brian Starkey's in the world today . That's how I ended up here.:)
I'm popular!!!!!!!
We offer free-space pages where you can publish family reunion news, or build a story about a family pet, or the town you grew up in, or some other subject of interest to you.
We have a weekly photo contest so others can enjoy some of the great pictures on our site, and a profile of the week contest to encourage excellence.
If you'd like to help us grow our global tree, please click the volunteer link and leave a message telling us of your interest.
Of central importance is our Honor Code. We treat each other with respect and consideration.
