Biography

Frederick was born about 1778 in Kentucky.[1] He was the son of Jacob Starnes and Elizabeth South. He migrated with his parents to St. Helena Parish, Louisiana in the year 1805.[2] He married Sally Reams on 28 December 1813 at St. Helena Parish, Louisiana.[3]

He was appointed by the United States to Post Office on 4 September 1840[4]

Starns-104 and Starnes-618 appear to represent the same person because: Y'all just need to decide which spelling is correct and maybe tighten up those dates.
