Hi Page, You're the best! Thanks for all you contribute to Wikitree. I had a problem thanking you for your correction to Benjamin Lawrence re mother on the profile site. Another contributor suggested maybe Gildersleeve was grandmother--if only. I have not found source on his father William's parents; even Hannah Townsend as mother is refuted by many. (My theory is that William did marry a Hannah Townsend but she did not die in 1721.)
