Blanche was born[1] on Sep. 16, 1873 to Arthur Startsman and Alvira Stoner.

Blanche married[2][3] Dr. Henry A. Barnhardt on Aug. 28, 1900 in Essex, Ontario, Canada.

She died[4] on Jul. 30, 1941 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
