Emma was born in 1811. She is the daughter of James Stearns and Sarah Chase

Emma married (1) Roswell C Sherwin on 1 Nov 1832 in Windham, Vermont. Roswell died 30 Aug 1838. They had one daughter together.

Emma married (2) Curtis Robinson of Westminster, Vermont about 1846 in Vermont. They had one son together;

She passed awy in 1897 in Londonderry, Windham, Vermont.

She is buried in the Glebe View Cemetery, South Londonderry, Windham County, Vermont, USA.
