Emily (Stephens) Pellow was born in Linkinhorne, Cornwall, England.
Emily Halford Stephens was baptised on 2 January 1894 at the Church of St. Sampson in South Hill, Cornwall. Her parents were recorded as Frederick William John Stephens (a miner) and his wife Emily Jane. They were living at Longridge Cottage in Linkinhorne at the time of the baptism. [1] [2]
