I don't have the Warren books to look it up. But it looks to me (from Wikitree) that her descent is through her mother Hannah (Tilden) Stephens d/o Hannah (Little) Stephens d/o Anna (Warren) Little d/o Richard Warren.

There's an additional problem. The Warren silver book states that this Hannah's mother, Hannah Tilden, had no further record after her 1662 birth "unless she is the Hannah who d. Scituate 13 May 1710."<ref>Wakefield, Robert S., revised by Judith H. Swan, Mayflower Families Through Five Generations, Richard Warren, Vol. 18, part one, 3rd edition, (Plymouth, Mass : GSMD, 2004), p. 21.</ref> That death is for a Hannah Tilden, not a Hannah Stephens as would be expected, and names no spouse. The 2004 publication allows for later proof to have been found, but I don't see it published. If Hannah Tilden is still not recognized by the GSMD, then all of Hannah (Tilden?) Stephens' children are currently unapproved.

I think they aren't sure (nor can they be with so little information) which "Hannah Tilden" the 1710 death record refers to. It is interesting that they apply the death record as a possibility for both mother and daughter.

Stephens-10188 and Stephens-4718 appear to represent the same person because: The parents are the same as told in the bio.

I do not have any records on her marrying Ben's brother. If you do not have any, we might want to remove as a spouse
