Biography
Jenetta was born in about 1797 in South Carolina, USA. She was the daughter of Thomas Grancier Stephens and Sarah (Miller) Stephens.[1]
When Jenetta was about 18 she married Jesse Cobb in 1815 in Overton, Tennessee, United States.
When Jenetta was about 41 she married on 26 December 1838 in Caswell, North Carolina.[2]
Jenetta: 26 December 1838 in Jurunella Stephens.[2][3]
In the 1850 census Jenetta (age about 53) was living in District 2, Fentress, Tennessee, USA.[4][3]
Jenetta died at the age of about 53 after 1850 in Fentress County, Tennessee, USA.[5]
Jenetta was buried between 1850 and 1860 in Evans Cemetery, Fentress, TN.[5]
Jenetta married Jesse (12) Cobb on an unknown date in Tennessee, USA. The couple had 12 children: Fannie Cobb, Sarah Cobb, Deborah Cobb, Thomas Cobb, William Cobb, Mary Polly Cobb, John Cobb, Jane Cobb, Elizabeth Cobb, Jesse Cobb, Samuel Cobb and Hulda Cobb.[1]
